2004 M00VE Experience Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 2004 MOOVE Experience event organised by QShelter Ltd. By registering for or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Participation

The 2004 MOOVE Experience is a community fitness and engagement event organised by QShelter Ltd.

By registering, participants confirm that the information provided is accurate and agree to follow all instructions provided by event organisers, staff, volunteers, and safety personnel.

2. Health & Safety

The event involves physical activity. By participating, you confirm that you are physically and medically able to take part.

Participants remain responsible for monitoring their own health and should stop participation and seek assistance if they feel unwell.

Medical personnel will be available to provide basic first aid and emergency support. Limited health or emergency contact information may be collected during registration to support participant safety.

3. Participant Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, volunteers, and partners.

QShelter reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour disrupts the event, poses a safety risk, or violates event guidelines.

4. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.

Where media consent has been provided during registration, participants' images may be used in promotional materials related to the event.

Participants who prefer not to appear in identifiable promotional media may notify event staff. While reasonable efforts will be made to respect such requests, participants may still appear incidentally in crowd or background footage.

5. Event Changes

QShelter reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, venues, or arrangements where necessary due to operational, safety, weather, or logistical reasons. Participants will be notified of significant changes where possible.

6. Third-Party Partners

Certain aspects of the event may be supported by approved partners or vendors assisting with event operations, logistics, or media coverage. These partners operate under QShelter's supervision and must comply with applicable safety and data protection obligations.

7. Liability

Participation in the event is voluntary and involves physical activity.

QShelter will take reasonable steps to ensure participant safety but is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation except where caused by proven negligence. Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings.

8. Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the 2004 MOOVE Experience Privacy & Consent Notice.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the event, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these 2004 MOOVE Experience Terms & Conditions.
